Browse our huge selection of indoor plants, plant pots, plant foods and house plant care books online using the drop-down category menus at the top of our webpage, or type in our search bar if you have a specific plant in mind. We stock over 400 different plant varieties at any time, so you'll be spoilt for choice! We also keep popular house plants in stock in various sizes, so be sure to search using our size filter.
If you're looking for something that catches your eye rather than a specific plant, most of our customers visit All House Plants where you can virtually walk up the shopping aisles to see all of our house plants in stock. When you find the plant for you simply add the plants that you would like to order to your basket.
Please note that we have a minimum order value of £20 - this is to ensure that we can offer the very best service and competitive prices on all of our house plants. If you're just under the limit, why not add some house plant food or a water saucer from just 95p!
If you get a little happy plant shopping: Yay! Order at £50 or over will receive free delivery.
Visit your shopping basket to add your card message. Underneath your shopping list there is an option to click to add a card message to your order. Card messages are hand written by our Team on a small card and enclosed in an envelope. Don’t worry if you forget to add a message, you can email us at [email protected] to notify us - we will work our very hardest to add this to your parcel if it hasn’t already been shipped.
When you add a gift message to your order, we do not include an itemised invoice in the box.
Once you are on the checkout screen, you can add your shipping and billing information. Firstly, enter your shipping address. If you are sending to somebody else as a gift, there is a tick box if you wish to have a different billing address to shipping address. Please make sure you click UPDATE to save your addresses :)

Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation screen will appear, and you will receive an email detailing your order number. If you do not recieve your order confirmation please check your spam or junk box just in case it has gone into hiding. If you have not recieved your order confirmation, please email us with your delivery name and address so that we can assist.
If you have any queries about your order, you can email us, and we will respond to you as soon as we can - we may be busy packing orders, so it may take us a little longer to respond to your emails during peak times. Please note: our staff are out of office from Friday to Sunday, so any enquiries sent during this time will be answered promptly after the weekend.
We're proud to say that 99% of our orders are dispatched on the next dispatch day after your order has been placed. We dispatch Monday - Thursday to avoid your order being held in transit over the weekend by the courier. This is so that your plants are recieved as fresh and happy as possible. They may need a little time to recover from their journey, or a little water, however otherwise we recommend refraining from repotting until they have had chance to aclimatise.
On the odd occasion that we have delays from our suppliers, or an item in stock does not meet quality control during the packing stage of processing your order, we will email you and let you know. Where possible we try to include an estimated dispatch day - or if you prefer we can offer substitutes if you wish to exchange any delayed items.
Our Picking and Packing Team will pick your order from our stock, and carefully hand package your plants - they go through rigorous Quality Assurance prior to packing to ensure that the plants that you receive are top quality.
Our Courier partner DPD will collect your parcel from our warehouse. Once it has been collected, you will receive tracking information, so you can keep a watchful eye on your parcel as it makes its way to you. Please note our dispatch days are Monday - Thursday; we do not ship over the weekend, this prevents your plants from sitting in the courier depot over the weekend without access to light or water. We work hard to ensure that the houseplants you receive are in the best condition possible.
The time has come for you to receive your order! We use DPD’s speedy 24-hour delivery service, although they work very hard to meet their 24-hour quota, they do estimate 24-48 hours in case there are any unexpected delays during transit. We hope that you love the new additions to your plant family. Whether you are a new or experienced plant parent, it is always exciting to get new indoor plants. If you have any queries about the plants you have received, you are welcome to email us. If you are not totally happy with your order, please make sure you notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your order, as we cannot offer refunds or replacements after this period due to the environmental and atmospheric conditions or the care of live plants once they have been recieved.
