A joy this colourful Tradescantia is too! A relatively compact variety with silvery-green and purple stripes, the trailing indoor plant is generous with its growth and very easy to propagate. Vibrant violet undersides of the leaves gives this sweet plant a colourful pop of nature. Prefers a more consistent temperature, therefore it is best to avoid positioning in a draughty hallway. Water well and thoroughly during the active growing season, reducing water in the winter when the plants growth slows down.

    Ordered 3 plants here. Previous experiences...

    Ordered 3 plants here. Previous experiences have been excellent. 2 of the 3 ordered were in less than desirable condition. On one of them, all but one of the stems had broken off. It has since died. On another the plant took up absolutely no space in the pot at all. It’s as if they were out of stock of the size I requested so they put a baby one in a larger pot with extra soil. Such a shame.
