8. Order and Delivery
Orders placed through the website will be subject to our acceptance in accordance with our order confirmation process. Delivery timescales and charges will be as specified on the website at the time of order.
Please note, due to the logistics involved in dispatching your order and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer or guarantee delivery on a specific day or at a specific time. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible to ensure the freshness and quality of our products. As such, we are also unable to hold stock for longer than our advertised processing timescales.
9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, customers are not entitled to the usual 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, customers have the right to return them or the company may decide to refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in an unused state. B2B & Trade Terms
15. Business to Business (B2B) Transactions
This section applies specifically to purchases made through business accounts or trade accounts, where the buyer is purchasing for business purposes.
15.1 Account Eligibility
Business accounts are available to registered companies, sole traders, and partnerships operating within the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to request proof of business status, including but not limited to VAT registration numbers and company registration details.
15.2 Ordering and Delivery
Business orders are subject to our standard delivery terms as outlined in Section 8, with additional provisions:

Multiple delivery addresses must be specified at the time of order
15.3 Inspection and Claims
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt
Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Claims must be supported by photographic evidence and detailed description of the issue
Failure to notify us within 48 hours will constitute acceptance of the goods in full
Credit notes or replacements will only be issued following our acceptance of a valid claim
15.4 Payment Terms
For approved business accounts:
Standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
Credit limits will be set at our discretion and may be reviewed periodically
We retain title to goods until payment is received in full
15.5 Pricing and Discounts
Trade pricing is available to approved business accounts only
Volume discounts may be available subject to minimum order quantities
Prices are subject to change without notice
15.6 Warranty and Liability
For business transactions:
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods
No warranty is given for the survival or growth of plants beyond their arrival in suitable condition
We do not accept liability for consequential losses or loss of profit
All plants are supplied subject to natural variation and seasonal availability
15.7 Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed without our written agreement
Cancellation charges may apply
We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation
