At Houseplant.co.uk, we want to ensure that you choose the perfect plant for your space. Here's how we measure our plants:
Plant Height:
Measured from the base of the nursery pot to the top of the plant, including the full length of the stem and foliage.
Pot Size:
Refers to the total width across the top of the pot.
Choosing the Right Size
To find the perfect fit, compare the diameter of your plant's grow pot to the opening diameter of your chosen decorative pot. Ensure the decorative pot is at least 1-3cm larger in diameter than the grow pot for easy insertion and removal.
Important Notes
- Plant sizes are approximate and include the depth of the plant pot and roots, not just the height from the top of the soil.
- If a specific plant size is not available, we may provide a larger plant at no additional cost to you.

I ordered baby rubber plant peperomia, Marble queen pothos and Manjula pothos. I am amazed at rubber plant because it’s of huge size of upto 20cms including a pot sized 12cms. Bushy and so freshly looking leaves. Marble queen firs excellent for my book shelf. The way these plants have been packed with mulch covering the soil to avoid dryness or soil spilling during Transport shows so much care being taken towards plants as well as the customer. Also I ordered on Monday and plants shipped out on Tuesday and I received plants on Wednesday. I was able to check our courier status throughout in the SHOP app. Thanks so much HousePlants team. Bit of a disaster really. First time DX said they couldn't find the address. We contacted them and two days later the plant was delivered to a different address as they said they could not deliver to an address that was a pub, which is where my granddaughter is. Very strange. We now have the plant and considering what we paid for it, mainly because we wanted a larger plant, there are only two blooms on it. Disappointed to say the least
