Such a disappointment. I ordered two plants and a pot in two orders. The pot arrived smashed so completely it made me wonder what rough handling the poor plant in the same container had undergone. I emailed the website and I was immediately refunded for the pot with apologies. The plants were two different versions of the same plant and had the same care requirements. However the larger of the two was utterly bone dry dusty earth that looked like it has just come out of a fertiliser bag. I needed to re-pot it and the earth just fell away leaving me holding a group of stems and shoots that were not established as a complete plant. This plant was over 100cm tall and I did expect it to be established. The smaller plant was utterly waterlogged and the lowest leaf was yellow when the plant arrived. I have had them both a couple of days and the sodden plant now has two of the longest stems drooping and the three lowest leaves are yellowed and dying. I have sent another email with photographs requesting the return of this very sad plant for a refund and am awaiting a reply. It is so frustrating as a customer with concerns when you are unable to pick up the phone and speak to someone. A customer service with no telephone access lacks the human touch. An email conversation just doesn't work in the same
