I ordered this orchid on Feb 6th and I get it on Feb 28th, I have been sending email to ask about the time of the delivery but no one reply. When it was finally delivered they delivered me a wrong slipper orchid!!! I was asking for refund for many times and they never replied, does anyone know how to report them?
