Excellent service, communication from supplier was superb, on receipt of my order the supplier contacted me regarding an issue with one of the items, they advised they were unhappy with the condition of one of the plants and offered various options as alternatives, I selected one of their a replacement plants. On receipt of the delivery the plants arrived well packaged and in excellent condition plus the replacement plant was a more expensive plant than my original order I will definitely use Houseplant UK again.
