Not happy, Everything said it was going to be delivered either the Friday or Saturday express delivery… then I get an email after I paid stating all our posting is done Monday to Thursday which meant I could have missed last postage. Didn’t say anything until everything was paid for. So it arrived on Monday a day late and in my mother’s words… one was ok, the other looked as though it was well travelled. Really disappointed as two plants cost £29.99p were late and battered. Between this company and the card company which also let me down, what a crappy Mother’s Day experience I had this year!
