I ordered 7 plants from this company a few months ago. I'm happy with three of them, which arrived in good condition and have been healthy since. The others were a bit scratty and despite care still haven't fully bloomed and recovered. One plant arrived very tatty and battered and is still rather disappointing. Especially considering the price, I feel I'd have been much better off ordering from somewhere like IKEA. I did contact their customer service and while attentive I didn't enjoy the over friendly tone, which I found patronising.
