The plant received was a lot less healthy looking than the website photo. Hopefully it will recover The courier, DX, notified me that it would deliver within a two hour slot and failed to do so. At the end of this period the tracking information giving the location of the courier disappeared without any explanation. The plant was delivered approx 90 minutes later and simply left on the doorstep - the courier did not knock on the door. I did not receive an apology for late delivery nor did I receive any advance notification that it would be delivered that evening. I have not received a response to the online contact form I submitted when the order did not arrive The shop app which I was advised to download to track the ordetr was useless. 2 days after delivery the app says that the order is still being shipped I will not be ordering any more plants from you
