First time using houseplant.co.uk so was understandably apprehensive as the cactus I wanted does not like the dark or cold/ damp conditions at all which can occur using deliveries especially so far away from my location, but I wanted this specific plant for a gift so couldn't shop local. I shouldn't have worried. My plant arrived the next day in very good condition as had been packaged very well with extreme care to limit movement in transit as much as possible and importantly delivered with equal care. The delivery came with clear instructions for how to care for plant and acclimatise to surroundings , plus the purchase price with delivery was very reasonable taking advantage of the sale price made it an even better experience. Very straightforward & professional transaction throughout and would definately recommend.
