For transparency, I ordered these plants in July. Firstly I had a difficult experience getting the parcel delivered. The company was not transparent or easy to track the delivery of the parcel. When I finally received the parcel it was very battered, the box was huge for such small items with no packing material inside and that had ultimately caused the damage to the box. I ordered a beautiful calathea that I had wanted for ages amongst other things, and it had the tallest leaves snapped off due to the parcel damage. More than that though, it was incredibly infested with spider mites, to the point I could see them crawling up and down the stem and I had to throw it in the bin after a month or so to save the rest of my plant collection. Overall a disappointing purchase and I’m not sure I’d purchase again.
