This is such a lovely company. I've bought from them twice, and the first time one of my plants was damaged but they were lovely and talked me through what I needed to do. This time they delivered in the snow and the parcel came with a small heat pack to keep the plants warm :) They have such a supportive customer service team I actually cancelled an order with another 'express' company who had just been incredibly rude about taking 2 weeks to dispatch my order with no communication. I reordered with this company who I much preferred to give my loyalty and custom and will definitely do so again! Thankyou :)
