Website is clear, with enough information to allow me to make a choice - but not overwhelming for a novice like me. Delivery was quick - slightly delayed as they hold back to avoid plants being stuck mid delivery over the weekend, which is sensible. Plants arrived in good condition, with a good courier company - not one of the cheap ones that looses your parcel. Very good quality plants, I just need to look after them now. Very happy customer, and I'll be ordering again.
