Ordered the Palm and when it arrived it looked a little sad looking, quite a few yellow leaves and just generally unhappy. Packaging was good though. Emailed customer service with a picture and got back to me quickly with advice on care and offered a partial refund which was fair. It seems to be recovering now after following her advice, putting out some new shoots.
