I've ordered a Cambria orchid which arrived as expected and in great condition, currently in bloom. Very pleased with the purchase. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the package contains a leaflet with general plant instructions but nothing specific for the plant you've bought. I think something along the lines of water once a week, place in a bright location and feed this often while in bloom /dormant would be very useful and therefore your wouldn't need to search online. It's not much more effort perhaps 1-2 paragraphs.
