I purchased 4 houseplants from this company. On the plus side the plants arrived quickly but one in particular showed signs of damage/disease. I complained and the customer service team offered me a voucher but it was for less than the value of the plant. Despite following care instructions and cutting off the dead leaves the plant eventually died. Another plant purchased from them is also slowly dying. I wouldn’t purchase any plants from this company again as their customer service isn’t up to scratch and the quality of the plants / survival rates when compared to other delivery options isn’t as good
