They went with DX Delivery for my orchid, and the courier gave it to a house ages away (not neighbours, 6 houses down) with an obviously wrong house number. When I found it 3 days later (delivered friday...) the leaves were okay, but the roots were completely rotten beyond salvaging: ive had to cut EVERY root off. That doesnt happen in 3 days either. Still waiting on further contact. Edit: i did get a full refund in the end, so not completely devastated.
