Absolutely brilliant experience using this website!! One of the plants I ordered didn't pass quality check, so they immediately emailed me and offered to replace it or refund it, or asked if I'd like to wait for another one. I asked for a replacement and asked them to choose, I got the most gorgeous plant instead!! So happy with the quality and service from this place, will definitely order again!
