The very pretty delicate and expensive orchid somehow managed to make it to my house intact and undamaged, if bone dry. Delivered Saturday, tracking said I have changed the delivery day which was a lie, when it was due Friday. The cardboard box was squashed and ripped despite having fragile stamped all over it. I would hope you would rethink your delivery courier and revert to support the Royal Mail. I very much begrudge having paid 4.99 express delivery for such a service.
