Oncidium orchids require a little more water than moth orchids - needing the soil to be kept evenly moist, whilst allowing the top third of soil to dry out between waterings. Reduce watering over the winter whilst it is in it's dormancy period. Feed when showing active new leaf or bud growth. Avoid draughty spots.

    I have ordered here a few...

    I have ordered here a few times as they seem to have orchids which you cant quite find anywhere else at times! Really good stock! I have had a few issues with the plants I have ordered. For example I ordered 3 mystery orchids and they were all phals and they didnt really make it through transport so each died within 1-3 days. A few days ago I ordered one of their jewel orchids which only had two parts growing rather than the 3/4 in the images they showed on their website. I am aware there must be a lot of variablity as I ordered an oncidium and this had sgnificantly more pseudobulbs than their images provided (well impressed!), so take that in mind when ordering from here. Very receptive customer service whenever I emailed them about my concerns, thus would recommend them and would buy again. Just be aware of the variability and that fragile plants may indeed get damaged like orchids at times.
