Plants arrived super quickly. One in great condition but the other had very old, shrivelled pseudo bulbs and very few good roots. It does have signs of new growth though, so I’ll see how it develops. Packaging and delivery all good.

They went with DX Delivery for my orchid, and the courier gave it to a house ages away (not neighbours, 6 houses down) with an obviously wrong house number. When I found it 3 days later (delivered friday...) the leaves were okay, but the roots were completely rotten beyond salvaging: ive had to cut EVERY root off. That doesnt happen in 3 days either. Still waiting on further contact. Edit: i did get a full refund in the end, so not completely devastated.
