I have recently ordered a nepenthes...

I have recently ordered a nepenthes and some lithops. The plants arrived in two day which was very fast delivery as stated. The nepenthes plant was huge and wonderful in perfect condition. So were the lithops. 10/10 order would order all their plants if I could! Thank you very much!

For transparency, I ordered these plants...

For transparency, I ordered these plants in July. Firstly I had a difficult experience getting the parcel delivered. The company was not transparent or easy to track the delivery of the parcel. When I finally received the parcel it was very battered, the box was huge for such small items with no packing material inside and that had ultimately caused the damage to the box. I ordered a beautiful calathea that I had wanted for ages amongst other things, and it had the tallest leaves snapped off due to the parcel damage. More than that though, it was incredibly infested with spider mites, to the point I could see them crawling up and down the stem and I had to throw it in the bin after a month or so to save the rest of my plant collection. Overall a disappointing purchase and I’m not sure I’d purchase again.

Overall a brilliant experience

Overall a brilliant experience. You can tell that someone took a lot of care over packaging my parcel for delivery. Unfortunately it seems the box was too big for the contents and it got very bashed about (delivery was a day late for some reason and I suspect it got bashed about a bit) so one of my plants lost the two biggest leaves which is a bit disappointing! The plants however are otherwise in great condition and really healthy and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again, especially since they have such an extensive collection of amazing plants!
