At Houseplant.co.uk, we want to ensure that you choose the perfect plant for your space. Here's how we measure our plants:
Plant Height:
Measured from the base of the nursery pot to the top of the plant, including the full length of the stem and foliage.
Pot Size:
Refers to the total width across the top of the pot.
Choosing the Right Size
To find the perfect fit, compare the diameter of your plant's grow pot to the opening diameter of your chosen decorative pot. Ensure the decorative pot is at least 1-3cm larger in diameter than the grow pot for easy insertion and removal.
Important Notes
- Plant sizes are approximate and include the depth of the plant pot and roots, not just the height from the top of the soil.
- If a specific plant size is not available, we may provide a larger plant at no additional cost to you.

I ordered a large plant in the sale. It arrived very quickly... in fact the plant arrived before I thought it would which was great. It was in great condition when it arrived with no dead leaves and no real damage to speak of. It was very well packaged in quality paper lining. The plant looked fresh and bushy when I opened the parcel which is great... needed no nursing back to life. The plant looked like the one in the photo when I ordered it which is great as buying plants online can be a lottery. Would use this company again.

I have bought many plants online before from other suppliers this is the best packaging! Each item was carefully wrapped with 3-4 layers of material. Plants arrived in excellent condition. It was like opening Christmas presents! I was excited about the Rescue Me! Orchid box! as I love rescuing orchids and can't wait to see if they will flower for me!

Ordered 3 plants here. Previous experiences have been excellent. 2 of the 3 ordered were in less than desirable condition. On one of them, all but one of the stems had broken off. It has since died. On another the plant took up absolutely no space in the pot at all. It’s as if they were out of stock of the size I requested so they put a baby one in a larger pot with extra soil. Such a shame.
