Lovely plants and excellent customer service. My order had some absolutely gorgeous plants but a couple were damaged due to frosts when they were being shipped. The way of the packaging of the plants is just amazing. The delivery person didn't really handle the parcel with care (I saw him from the window) but the plants were so nicely packed that they didn't damage at all. The only downside is the expensive orchid is infected with something as the leaves has black and brown spots on them. I hope it will survive. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase.
