This is a genuinely beautiful Money Tree, the plaiting is very neat, exactly like the picture. The whole process from ordering on the website (which was easy) to the delivery was totally smooth. Great service.

Has a little envelope with details of the plants and how best to care for them too which was a nice add on too which was unexpected but very welcomed.

Rare plant at a good discount...

Being a very fussy houseplant collector and especially a lover of large impact houseplants I decided to look for a fairly rare plant and I had been eyeing up this Syngonium Albomarginata Variegata Aurea Arrowhead Vine for weeks before plunging into buying it. I had searched high and low for the largest specimen I could find online and this store was the only store that had the largest specimen, and the added bonus of a nice discount to boot sealed the deal. From ordering to taking receipt of my plant was 2 days, that's good service in my books. The post arrived carefully handled sitting transit as there was no damage to the packaging, the plant was wrapped and the pot wrapped in cling film, so all in all very happy with this part, now the plant was at the taller of the advertised height which is good too and no damage to any of the leaves. I'm always nervous buying rare out any decent sized houseplants online, but this store has exceeded my fussy standards for delivery and packaging and plant quality. Big thumbs up.

Updates on order slow coming and packing could be better.

After placing order and initial acknowledgment email there were updates on the order for several days until order was posted. Plants were healthy but damaged with broken buds and branches, could have been better packed. Courier had on option available to leave the package in a safe place, so had to stay home until package arrived on the day.

I ordered 7 plants from this company a few months ago. I'm happy with three of them, which arrived in good condition and have been healthy since. The others were a bit scratty and despite care still haven't fully bloomed and recovered. One plant arrived very tatty and battered and is still rather disappointing. Especially considering the price, I feel I'd have been much better off ordering from somewhere like IKEA. I did contact their customer service and while attentive I didn't enjoy the over friendly tone, which I found patronising.

Faultless first time purchase.

First time using houseplant.co.uk so was understandably apprehensive as the cactus I wanted does not like the dark or cold/ damp conditions at all which can occur using deliveries especially so far away from my location, but I wanted this specific plant for a gift so couldn't shop local. I shouldn't have worried. My plant arrived the next day in very good condition as had been packaged very well with extreme care to limit movement in transit as much as possible and importantly delivered with equal care. The delivery came with clear instructions for how to care for plant and acclimatise to surroundings , plus the purchase price with delivery was very reasonable taking advantage of the sale price made it an even better experience. Very straightforward & professional transaction throughout and would definately recommend.

My go to online shop for all things plants

I bought my first plants from Houseplant UK and returned many times since. The quality is great, and plants are packaged very well to minimise stress during shipping. So far, I’ve ordered cuttings, plants on pits, a couple of Rescue Me boxes and all of them are thriving. I’m particularly proud of how well the rescued plants are doing, all 15 of those. If they were in too bad of a state or damaged further in transportation they wouldn’t survive. Overall a brilliant experience

Overall a brilliant experience. You can tell that someone took a lot of care over packaging my parcel for delivery. Unfortunately it seems the box was too big for the contents and it got very bashed about (delivery was a day late for some reason and I suspect it got bashed about a bit) so one of my plants lost the two biggest leaves which is a bit disappointing! The plants however are otherwise in great condition and really healthy and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again, especially since they have such an extensive collection of amazing plants!

Ordered two different palm plants from this company and I have to honestly say, of all the plant companies I have used this year, for seedlings or garden ready plants, this one has to be the best by far! The care used in the packing the plants proved to me how much they care about the plants? Both plants wrapped individually in brown paper. On opening the paper the top of the soil was encased in straw and wrapped in some type of cling film to stop it from falling out. Both placed in a long box and arrived beautifully! No bent greenery, no leaves broken off or yellowed. They will be my number one to go to for any plants needed in future. Plants arrived perfectly and the company do not deliver over the weekend in order that their plants don't have to sit in storage somewhere. Care of the plant is a definite priority this company. Ordered 5 plants but got only 4, (no note from seller about that missing plant) mentioned in the email not to deliver them until another week as wouldn’t be able to get it because of hospital appointments but got it delivered the same week, one of the plants is very bad in shape, elongated and unprofessional. Rest of the 3 plants are very good but not worth as only 3 of the 5 plants are good.

Was my first time buying a plant online, so I was hesitant, but when I saw the Jasmine i just had to. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. They dispatched it very quickly, unfortunately the delivery company squished the box and turned it upside down, even though the box was labelled properly. Luckily Houseplant had packed it amazingly so my Jasmine didn't get damaged at all. I repotted it into a bigger pot and the blooms have started to open and my house smells amazing, and it looks gorgeous.

The plant arrived quickly, but was much smaller than anticipated. It only had 3 leaves and 2 of them are bent in two. I'm hoping that they will open. It's also slanting quite heavily to one side, which will only get worse. Very disappointed.

At the end of this period the tracking information giving the location of the courier disappeared without any explanation. The plant was delivered approx 90 minutes later and simply left on the doorstep - the courier did not knock on the door. I did not receive an apology for late delivery nor did I receive any advance notification that it would be delivered that evening. I have not received a response to the online contact form I submitted when the order did not arrive The shop app which I was advised to download to track the ordetr was useless. 2 days after delivery the app says that the order is still being shipped I will not be ordering any more plants from you

Two out of three aint bad, i suppose!!

I bought three plants, a crocodile fern, an Alocasia Portodora and an Alocasia Dragon Scale. The Dragon Scale began turning yellow and wilting the day after arrival. I contacted Houseplants.co.uk, who said it needed to acclimatise and gave me some instructions. While following these instructions, the plant got worse, as a number of leaves started to curl and go brown. Upon closer inspection, there were two rhizomes in a single pot and one of them was suffering from root rot. I am hoping i can save the good one, but i dont think i should have to deal with this so soon after purchasing the item. Clearly Houseplant.co.uk have lots of happy customers and so i can only conclude that i was unluckly. But, as the Dragon Scale was expensive, I wont be buying from them again.

Great packing

The way of the packaging of the plants is just amazing. The delivery person didn't really handle the parcel with care (I saw him from the window) but the plants were so nicely packed that they didn't damage at all. The only downside is the expensive orchid is infected with something as the leaves has black and brown spots on them. I hope it will survive. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase.

Rescue box joy
