Received my Money Tree along with the snake plant I ordered. Both were in truly excellent condition when they arrived, you can tell they were packed by someone who actually cares. Look fantastic in my living room.

This is such a lovely company. I've bought from them twice, and the first time one of my plants was damaged but they were lovely and talked me through what I needed to do. This time they delivered in the snow and the parcel came with a small heat pack to keep the plants warm :) They have such a supportive customer service team I actually cancelled an order with another 'express' company who had just been incredibly rude about taking 2 weeks to dispatch my order with no communication. I reordered with this company who I much preferred to give my loyalty and custom and will definitely do so again! Thankyou :)

Such an interesting and wide Orchid experience. I ordered one for a friend, and between me and the system my friends address was replaced by mine. As this was a gift post op I did not want to intrude by taking it along to her, after it arrived with me, so I sent initially an email. This was followed up by a message on the contact form. All was not lost and the reply said they had changed the delivery address. Lo and behold it arrived at the right place. Thank you Houseplant.

Awful customer service

My order placed on 15th Aug finally arrived on 29th Aug. I emailed photos of the Mother of Thousands, it was rotted at the base & all the leaves had fallen off. Despite issues with the Couriers DX I requested another plant by a different courier ( Royal Mail) but customer service said that wasn't possible as they only used DX. I was offered a 35% discount & advice how to propagate the leaves !! Finally got a refund & that they had assessed my photos incorrectly. Will never use this company again. Beware !!!

Wish i new about Hosueplant UK earlier as i have spent a lot of money online with other companies and found the quality a mixed bag. This is my first order but the plants I received are of excellent quality and the so incredibly wrapped. Delivery was a little frustrating with DX as they delivered to me the my buildings post boxes which ins't very secure and not my flat but i was notified with a picture of delivery so i was able to track it down.

Love this company. Always have what I need online. So helpful anytime I have emailed and asked advice I’ve gotten a reply very quickly. Delivery driver is great too always gets my goodies to me bang in time. Lovely selection of plants which are delivered quickly and fresh. My latest was string of pearls and I love 🥰. Just love I can get bags of soil delivered to my door and as I stay on a 2nd floor flat this really helps.

Perfectly packaged, no damage whatsoever. I waited a few days before repotting as suggested. They’re all now very happy indoors until the Spring when they can go out into the glasshouse to enjoy the sun and hopefully flower!

Unhappy customer …

Plant arrived on time and well packaged however it looked like it had been repotted recently and I was doubtful about its survival due to the stress of the repotting together with the travel. I was unfortunately correct and am very upset that my plant survived just two weeks. I am an experienced plant owner. I did contact customer service and they were prompt in their replies but the bottom line is I paid for a plant that I don’t have.

After our cat had to go...

After our cat had to go to a foster home while we were in a temporary place that didn't allow cats, his foster carer had an Areca Palm that he loved. As a welcome home present, we bought one to help him settle in. We love it as much as he does. The plant came well-packaged and with the pot we bought for it in the same box and packed in a way to protect both the pot and the plant, it arrived safely and very fast delivery. Rubber plant died....but nanouk flourishes!

Thought I'd write an updated review on how my plants are doing! To get the bad news out of the way, the harsh colds here made it difficult for the rubber plants soil to dry so it sadly died. However, the nanouk I bought is doing better than I ever expected! It has grown a lot in such a short period, and even put a few buds out which are now starting to open. The cushion succulent is also doing well, but growing at an expected slow rate. They sell very high quality plants but I'd make sure you can definitely take care of the plant you're getting before buying, as I'm still mourning the loss of my rubber plant.

I ordered 6 lucky bamboo plants length 70-90cm for my mother's birthday and was concerned whether or not the length would be enough to fit my vase and I could not have been more happier. For transparency, I ordered these plants in July. Firstly I had a difficult experience getting the parcel delivered. The company was not transparent or easy to track the delivery of the parcel. When I finally received the parcel it was very battered, the box was huge for such small items with no packing material inside and that had ultimately caused the damage to the box. I ordered a beautiful calathea that I had wanted for ages amongst other things, and it had the tallest leaves snapped off due to the parcel damage. More than that though, it was incredibly infested with spider mites, to the point I could see them crawling up and down the stem and I had to throw it in the bin after a month or so to save the rest of my plant collection. Overall a disappointing purchase and I’m not sure I’d purchase again.

The plant I received looked healthy and in good condition, but unfortunately was not the size I ordered. When I contacted the company to complain they responded quickly and I am happy with how the issue has been resolved. Website is clear, with enough information to allow me to make a choice - but not overwhelming for a novice like me. Delivery was quick - slightly delayed as they hold back to avoid plants being stuck mid delivery over the weekend, which is sensible. I found the link to houseplant.co.uk in my news feed as a cookie. I was surprised they had an orchid collection. I purchased six orchids. They were absolutely beautiful. One was slightly damaged for which I was offered a gift voucher. I placed another order days later for three more orchids, an orchid book and other orchid care items. Amazing plants! Strong, healthy, beautiful. Delivery on both occasions was literally next day. Skilfully packed so the plants are safe and warm in recyclable paper and cardboard. I was able to get some of the orchids I saw at the Japanese Orchid Festival 2022. This company names their orchids which is a great joy. My plants are thriving. Amazing plants with excellent customer services.
