Great service. Initially the plant pot I ordered wasn't available and I promptly received an email from customer services to let me know of the issue and their recommended replacement. It looks great, same with the plants and all the packaging was top quality. Both plants are looking strong and healthy in their new homes. I would highly recommend houseplant.co.uk to anyone.

I don't buy houseplants anywhere else. Excellent quality and good value too. Customer service is exemplary. I love how carefully packed deliveries are and the environmentally aware attitude to packing. The new e-voucher is my official go-to suggestion for gifts now too.

Amazing service

Amazing service. Plants were amazing and well looked after. One thing though your orchid mystery box should have the orchids name attached once bought as I have three with no names. I can Google them but would be nice to have them. I understand keeping it a mystery till purchased though.

Received my first order of Hoya Plants. Splash and Wayetii. Well packed and arrived in excellent condition. Compact plants and looking good and look forward to growing on. Would not have liked to pay the full price of 20.00+ but 17.99 + 16.99 doable for nicely rooted plants and not cuttings as offered on other sites. Watch this space.

They came well packed and in good health. When I was unpacking them I spotted a Miltonia and a Dendrobium nobilis. I wait with anticipation for the others to flower, so i can see what they are. They were well worth the money. They are all orchids that i wanted and don't have at present. They are acclimatisining in my conservatory at the moment, and tomorrow i hope to start repotting the. Would i purchase this way again - Yes i most certainly would

Great value plants, especially when on sale, so I can grow my collection without over-spending. They were very well packaged, individually wrapped in paper, padded with air pillows and as the weather has been extremely cold, they even included a heat pack to prevent frost damage in transit <3

I ordered baby rubber plant peperomia, Marble queen pothos and Manjula pothos. I am amazed at rubber plant because it’s of huge size of upto 20cms including a pot sized 12cms. Bushy and so freshly looking leaves. Marble queen firs excellent for my book shelf. The way these plants have been packed with mulch covering the soil to avoid dryness or soil spilling during Transport shows so much care being taken towards plants as well as the customer. Also I ordered on Monday and plants shipped out on Tuesday and I received plants on Wednesday. I was able to check our courier status throughout in the SHOP app. Thanks so much HousePlants team. I am going to order few more.

I brought the create your own christmas door wreath kit. Delivery was quick and the foliage in great condition. Instructions were easy to use. Only issue was it was hard to write the dried fruits but otherwise I am really pleased with ow it looks.

The way of the packaging of...

The way of the packaging of the plants is just amazing. The delivery person didn't really handle the parcel with care (I saw him from the window) but the plants were so nicely packed that they didn't damage at all. The only downside is the expensive orchid is infected with something as the leaves has black and brown spots on them. I hope it will survive. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bit of a disaster really. First time DX said they couldn't find the address. We contacted them and two days later the plant was delivered to a different address as they said they could not deliver to an address that was a pub, which is where my granddaughter is. Very strange. We now have the plant and considering what we paid for it, mainly because we wanted a larger plant, there are only two blooms on it. Disappointed to say the least

Excellent website, only place I could find this particular plant. The orchid was lovely, beautifully packed and in excellent condition. I was a bit worried as I had ordered it at start of the heatwave but it arrived very quickly with no ill effects. I will certainly use Houseplant again, highly recommend
